Did you know...
Jesse was born as, 'Jesse Abraham Arthur McCartney' on April 9th, 1987, in Manhattan, New York. He was the first born of parents, 'Scott' and "Ginger'!
Did you know...
Jesse first started in showbiz at the age of 7, doing Theater with his parents and little sister, 'Lea'. That only helped him to move on to being in two music groups, 'The Sugar Beats' and 'Dream Street'. It allowed him to act in three hit tv shows, 'All my children', 'Summerland' and 'Greek'. Also in a few movies, 'Priates of central park', 'Pizza' and 'Keith'! He has his own solo carrer now and has just realsed his 4th album, 'Departure: Recharged'! (You can pick that up in stores now or just head over to itunes and buy it there!)
This is just to name some things off he has done..
Did you know...
Besides showbiz, Jesse has done many other great things! He has played baseball, Competed in snow skiing, read books to Children, visited many children's hospitals, donated and held many children's charity events! (He's very passionate about the children) Jesse has also done alot for the community and even cut back on using electric in his house!(talk about going green) He graduated in 2005 at 'Ardsley High School'!

Did you know...
When when he was 4, he fell onto the heater in his dad(scott's) car, while watching him work on it and had to get 8 stitches on his left eyebrow. Some people may call Jesse lazy eye, but he really can't help it!(poor baby) Then Jesse was in the first grade, he had his first "girlfriend". They were riding bikes together and he clearly was already out of trainning wheels. While showing off to the girl who sill had hers, he road himself right into His mom(ginger's) car and was in alot of pain. His mom had to come and carry him off, crying. (aww Jesse) |

| Well to be honest. I HATE Auto-Tune. I mean, really it ruins music. What is so cool about listening to a computer voice? But it doesn't mean that I'm mad at Jesse cause he used it in this song.. I just hope that the he didn't in new album.. But if he did, I wouldn't be mad or disappointed.. Just a bit sad. But I would still love him as much.. And buy his album,. And up is catchy. i like it. But the songs in departure are much better.. Still like it, just not as impressed, cause he can really sing and make so much better than this..  |

| yeah i know. i've seen soooo many articles hating on Jesse because he sounds like a robot. but whatever does anyone every say anything about tpain?? or any other artist that uses it?? NO. so whatever. Up is an awesome song. |

| I don't really like auto tune that much either but in "up" Jesse actually sounds amazing so thats the one time i actally liked it lol _________________  "get busy in that kitchen and we can take it from there" |

| i feel that with Up, you can't really tell it's autotune THAT much ... so i'm okay with it. other singers use it WAYY too much, mostly because they can't sing for crap to begin with. so it's like, why bother??

| Actually, if you guys didin't tell me about Auto-tune, I won't even know Jesse's using it, in "Up" or in his coming album. Now that I know and I pay attention, and I did find something different in "Up", which I don't like very much. But yea, I hate Auto-tune, but I still like Jesse. It's kinda sad, not because he uses this, but that he doesn't have to use this as he can sing. He doesn't need any computer to help at all. |

| T-Pain is famous for auto-tune.. it's expected from him. That's his niche.
Jesse can sing... he has a good voice, why would you block it out with auto-tune?
The whole auto tune phase is over.
That song would be a lot better if it wasn't over produced.
Just my opinion, take it for what it is. |

| Well, those people don't hate on Jesse. Some of them are actually Jesse fans. They just hate autotune and don't want him to use it.
I don't really know why some fans think comments like, "Jesse doesn't need autotune because he can sing." or "Jesse sounds better without autotune." are dis for Jesse. Actually, those are COMPLIMENTS. And that's how i feel.
And why bring up T-pain or Black Eyed Peas? I don't care if they use autotune or not because i'm not a fan of them. I don't even know if they can really sing or sound good live. But, apparently, MANY people think they can't sing.
Anyway, i believe no Jesse fan who loves him for his singing ability want him to become a AUTOTUNE SINGER like T-pain. |
